At Trader Routes, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

General Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Trading Card Singles

Due to the collectible nature and market volatility of trading cards, all sales of single cards are final.

If you believe you received an incorrect item or the condition differs significantly from the listing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Sealed Products

Sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in original condition.

Products that have been opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once a pre-order item has shipped, it is subject to the same return guidelines as other eligible products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
