Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new product releases, major sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

Order Tracking

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order products may not ship until all items in the order are available.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be held until all products are ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Trader Routes is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
